Shop Commander Academy

The Academy course platform supports published courses, lessons, learner progress, quizzes, badges, and verifiable certificates. The public catalog is the authority for what is actually available.

Use the catalog in your current environment to check availability. Development test content and historical course counts do not establish what is published in production.

Current learning and guidance

ShopCommander’s current in-app learning is available through Getting Started, route-aware Help, Show me around, and Show me how. Those tools teach the signed-in person’s real role and workflows without creating tutorial customers, authorizations, invoices, payments, inventory receipts, or timer entries.

Use Getting Started for role orientation and Setup & Readiness for shop configuration. Learning progress never marks shop setup, provider readiness, or real business work complete.

Course availability and quiz review

The catalog and course page state the audience, access requirements, lesson availability, progress behavior, and certificate terms for the published content.

For lessons with a quiz, answer every question before submitting. A failed attempt shows the score and marks incorrect selections. Review the lesson, then choose Retry; the answer key is available only after a passing attempt. Passing and reading are separate requirements where the course specifies them. Retries remain available for learning; certificates record course completion.

Enrolled versus started

My courses contains your enrollments, including courses you opened through a lesson. Browsing the catalog alone does not enroll you. An enrollment with no lesson activity is labelled Enrolled · not started and offers Start. Once a lesson has been opened, the link says Resume, even if no completion requirement has been met yet. Reading a lesson and completing its required quiz remain separate facts. Existing enrollments and completion records are retained.
