Shop Commander Academy
Understand the current Academy catalog and use ShopCommander’s available role guidance while no courses are published.
The Academy course platform supports published courses, lessons, learner progress, quizzes, badges, and verifiable certificates. The public catalog is the authority for what is actually available.
As of 2026-08-30, the current rendered catalog contains no published courses. Do not use older course counts, lesson counts, “free training for every seat,” or certificate claims as current product availability.
Current learning and guidance
ShopCommander’s current in-app learning is available through Getting Started, route-aware Help, Show me around, and Show me how. Those tools teach the signed-in person’s real role and workflows without creating tutorial customers, authorizations, invoices, payments, inventory receipts, or timer entries.
Use Getting Started for role orientation and Setup & Readiness for shop configuration. Learning progress never marks shop setup, provider readiness, or real business work complete.
When courses are published
Published courses will appear at shopcommander.com/training. The rendered catalog and course page will state the audience, access requirements, lesson availability, progress behavior, and certificate terms for that content. Until then, no Academy course or certificate availability should be promised.
